Aurora Minerals’s aim is to discover high-value mineral deposits in order to create wealth for its shareholders.

The Company is currently focussed on projects which it considers are prospective for manganese,copper-lead-zinc, gold, uranium, nickel, PGE and iron ore.

To assist in reducing risk, the Company has a preference for projects with known indications of mineralisation. Following data review, tenements and tenement applications are generally ranked. Those selected for the Company’s exploration portfolio are:

• considered for inclusion in its exploration budget for direct exploration by Aurora;
• offered for joint venture;
• or considered for spin-off into an IPO, with Aurora retaining equity in the new entity;

as appropriate, with a view to maximizing value for the Company. Tenements which are not considered to be within the Company’s requirements or funding capabilities will be earmarked for relinquishment.
