• its employees and contractors are informed about this Policy and made aware of their environmental responsibilities in relation to the Company's activities.
• all of its contractors comply with Aurora’s policies.
• It complies with any applicable statutory laws and regulations.
• It rehabilitates as appropriate areas disturbed
